DRUM SEASON 2009! Slaughter Beach is the place to be during mid to late Spring for black drum. 10 minutes outside our inlet is where you'll find 50-60 upwards to 90 lb drum. Our Take the Family Fishing Day Pig Roast is scheduled for Saturday July 11th. All tournament participants and their families are invited to attend for a day of demonstrations, contests, good food, and fishing! Early registration is 25.00 prior to Jun 01, beginning Jun 01 entry fee is 35.00. The American Cancer Society is the beneficiary of our non-profit tournament. Tournament begins at 6a on Jun 01, 2009 and ends at 6p on Sep 22, 2009. More details will be posted as the season gets underway.
